1. Raw Material Selection & Inspection

We select premium spandex, latex yarn, polyester and nylon yarn from qualified suppliers. All materials are tested for elasticity, tensile strength, yarn fineness and color fastness before production. Unqualified materials are rejected entirely. We match different yarn combinations per your demands on elasticity, thickness and usage to meet various customization requirements.

2. Custom Pattern Design & Machine Programming

Custom design is the highlight of jacquard elastic bands. Our design team works with you to confirm logos, texts, graphics and color combinations. After artwork approval, technicians convert patterns into professional codes for jacquard looms. We also optimize the structure to prevent pattern distortion when stretched, ensuring 1:1 restoration of your design.

3. Yarn Warping & Threading

Confirmed programs will be applied to yarn preparation. Warping machines wind yarns onto warp beams to keep even tension and neat arrangement. Workers thread colored yarns and elastic core yarns precisely following process standards. Accurate threading is critical to avoid pattern defects.

4. Computerized Jacquard Weaving

High-speed computer jacquard looms run automatically according to preset programs. The elastic core is tightly woven with surface yarns to form 3D, firm patterns that will not peel off easily. Real-time equipment monitoring ensures consistent weaving density and uniform patterns across all batches.
